    Builds over time

    I was fairly excited to find a new-to-me hot sauce, especially in a mini bottle. My first impression was really disappointed--the hot sauce did have a nice garlic flavor but seemed more tangy and had a comparable spice to black pepper. It reminded me of eating sriracha with avocado, and I wasn't eating avocado. The spice did build after a few minutes.

    Trinidad Scorpion Hot Sauce

    Great flavor and very reasonable amount of spice heat. Low Sodium also is a real place for my lack of tolerance for high sodium dishes and condiments. Keep up the good work!
